What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests

- Support leasing and administrative functions including move-in and move-out coordination
- Maintain accurate resident records, documentation, and correspondence

- Communicate community updates, policies, and announcements to residents
- Help foster a welcoming, well-managed community environment
