Call Center Representative

Advanced Dermatology is hiring a full-time Call Center Representative to join its busy patient services team in Aurora, Arapahoe County — a key front-line role keeping care coordination running smoothly across multiple provider locations.

About the Role

As a Call Center Representative at Advanced Dermatology, you are the first voice patients hear. Working within a dedicated Call Center team and reporting to the Call Center Supervisor, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls, coordinate complex scheduling across providers and clinic sites, and ensure every patient interaction is handled with accuracy and professionalism. This position pays $18.50 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Answer and manage calls across a multi-line phone system, maintaining a prompt and courteous response at all times
• Schedule patient appointments and clinical procedures for multiple providers and office locations
• Oversee high-volume calendars to optimize provider availability and minimize patient wait times
• Route and dispatch incoming calls to the correct staff member or department efficiently
• Record detailed, accurate messages and patient information for follow-up
• Communicate scheduling changes, appointment reminders, and general practice information clearly to patients
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and support patient flow

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a call center, medical front office, or high-volume customer service environment preferred
• Comfort navigating multi-line phone systems and scheduling software
• Strong verbal communication skills with a patient-centered, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Precise data-entry habits and attention to detail when capturing patient information
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coordinate across departments and locations
• Experience in a dermatology or specialty medical practice is a plus
