Overnight Stock Associate

Ross Stores is hiring a full-time Overnight Stock Associate at our Green, Los Angeles County location — a hands-on role at the heart of the off-price retail experience that keeps our shelves stocked and our store ready for the next day's treasure hunters.

About the Role

As an Overnight Stock Associate at Ross Stores in Green, you'll be part of the crew that makes the magic happen after hours. Working during overnight hours, you'll process incoming freight, replenish the sales floor, and ensure every department is organized and shoppable before the doors open each morning. This is a physically active, team-oriented position suited to someone who takes pride in a job well done and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

• Receive, sort, and process merchandise deliveries according to company procedures
• Stock, hang, and organize product throughout the sales floor and backroom
• Maintain accurate merchandise placement and department signing standards
• Keep the stockroom and work areas clean, safe, and properly organized
• Operate equipment such as hand trucks and rolling racks safely
• Support loss prevention efforts by following established policies
• Collaborate with the overnight team to meet nightly stocking goals
• Assist with markdowns, transfers, and other inventory tasks as directed

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work a consistent overnight schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and carry merchandise — up to 25 lbs. regularly, heavier with assistance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planogram and stocking guidelines
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused work ethic
• Previous retail stocking, warehouse, or freight experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
