Stock Associate

About the Role

As a Stock Associate at J.Crew Seattle, you'll be the engine behind a well-run sales floor. You keep product moving from the back of house to the hands of customers, ensuring our team can deliver the seamless shopping experience J.Crew is known for. This is a part-time position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in an organized, efficient stockroom.

What You'll Do

• Receive, unpack, and process incoming merchandise shipments accurately and efficiently
• Organize and maintain the stockroom so product is easy to locate and retrieve
• Replenish the sales floor with new inventory, ensuring sizes and styles are consistently available
• Support the store team during peak selling periods by assisting with floor recovery and restocking
• Conduct cycle counts and participate in scheduled inventory audits
• Follow all loss-prevention procedures and maintain a safe, tidy work environment
• Collaborate with associates and management to meet daily operational goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a retail stock, warehouse, or receiving role is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise (typically up to 50 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to organizing product
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible part-time schedule including evenings and weekends
• A team-first attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the J.Crew brand
