McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a full-time CDL A Delivery Driver based out of Rushville, Fairfield County — a hands-on transportation role at one of the nation's most established supply chain and logistics companies.

About the Role

As a CDL A Delivery Driver with McLane Company, Inc., you'll be a frontline representative of our logistics network, running established customer routes and ensuring products arrive safely, accurately, and on schedule. You'll operate modern, company-maintained equipment and uphold the professional service standards McLane is known for across the country.

What You'll Do

• Drive a Class A commercial vehicle over designated delivery routes in and around Rushville and Fairfield County
• Unload and deliver products to customer locations, ensuring accuracy and care at every stop
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate driver logs
• Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and McLane safety protocols at all times
• Represent McLane professionally with customers, delivering on-time service with a courteous, solutions-focused attitude
• Report any vehicle issues, route concerns, or delivery discrepancies promptly to dispatch or management

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) — required
• Clean driving record and demonstrated commitment to road safety
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and commercial vehicle compliance
• Ability to unload freight and handle physical demands of route delivery work
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused with strong attention to detail
• Previous route delivery or over-the-road driving experience is a plus
