Ovative Group is hiring a full-time Sr. Account Manager, Client Services to join their team in Minneapolis, Hennepin County — an opportunity to manage high-impact client relationships at one of the country's leading independent media, measurement, and creative firms.

About the Role

As a Sr. Account Manager on the Client Services team, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of nationally recognized brand partners, guiding them through integrated media and measurement strategies. You'll own the client relationship from day-to-day execution through long-term planning, working alongside internal strategy, analytics, and creative teams to deliver measurable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the senior day-to-day contact for assigned brand clients, building trusted, consultative relationships
  • Lead client status meetings, quarterly business reviews, and performance presentations
  • Translate business objectives into actionable media and measurement briefs for internal teams
  • Monitor campaign performance, synthesize data-driven insights, and proactively surface optimization recommendations
  • Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across media, analytics, and creative to meet client timelines and KPIs
  • Identify and develop organic growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Mentor junior account team members and contribute to process improvements

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of client-facing account management experience, preferably within a media, marketing, or digital agency environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex client relationships simultaneously
  • Strong command of digital media channels and performance measurement principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation ability
  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting campaign data and translating it into clear client narratives
  • Highly organized with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
