Kenvue is hiring a full-time Manager, Global Neutrogena Communities based in Union, New Jersey — a strategic leadership role shaping how one of the world's most recognized skincare brands connects with its audiences online.
About the Role
As the Manager, Global Neutrogena Communities, you will own the strategy and execution behind Neutrogena's digital community presence across global platforms. Sitting at the intersection of brand, digital, and consumer engagement, you'll build and steward communities that reflect Neutrogena's science-backed identity while deepening loyalty among millions of skincare consumers worldwide. This is an on-site position in Union, NJ.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a global community engagement strategy aligned with Neutrogena's brand vision and business objectives
- Oversee day-to-day management of Neutrogena's owned community channels, ensuring consistent voice, tone, and quality across markets
- Partner with regional marketing teams to localize global community initiatives without diluting brand integrity
- Identify, nurture, and activate brand advocates, loyal community members, and skincare enthusiasts who amplify Neutrogena's reach organically
- Monitor community health metrics, sentiment, and engagement trends, translating data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with social media, PR, product, and creative teams to integrate community programming into broader campaign calendars
- Establish and enforce community guidelines to maintain safe, inclusive, and on-brand spaces for consumers globally
- Stay ahead of emerging platforms, digital behaviors, and community-building best practices relevant to the beauty and skincare category
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related discipline
- Proven experience managing brand communities or social media programs for consumer-facing brands, preferably in beauty, skincare, or consumer health
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale online communities that drive measurable engagement and brand affinity
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using community and social media analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across diverse global audiences
- Experience working within matrixed, cross-functional organizations and coordinating with international teams
- A collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
