Marketing Coordinator

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end logistics for trade shows and industry events, including vendor coordination, booth materials, shipping, and on-site support
• Build and maintain project timelines across marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned
• Support the execution of marketing events, product launches, and promotional programs
• Maintain and organize marketing asset libraries, including digital files, branded collateral, and photography
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to coordinate shared marketing deliverables
• Track project status and communicate progress updates to internal teams and leadership
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and campaign briefs
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and exhibitor services to ensure accurate execution

• Demonstrated experience in a marketing coordination, project coordination, or marketing operations role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting trade shows, corporate events, or experiential marketing programs
• Proficiency with project management tools and marketing software; comfort with digital asset management systems
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across internal teams and external partners

• Ability to work fully on-site at the Irving, TX office
