Driver Acquisition Manager/Driver Recruitment Manager

GSM - Green SM is hiring a full-time Driver Acquisition Manager — also known as a Driver Recruitment Manager — to lead driver supply growth across assigned US cities from its base in Irvine, Orange County.

As the company deepens its footprint across the United States, this position sits at the center of that growth — owning end-to-end driver manpower planning and acquisition to ensure every city in the portfolio has the high-quality driver supply needed to meet rider demand.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute driver acquisition strategies across multiple US markets, hitting supply targets for each assigned city.
• Own driver manpower planning: forecast supply needs, identify gaps, and build recruitment pipelines that keep pace with platform growth.
• Source, screen, and onboard qualified drivers through diverse channels — digital campaigns, community outreach, fleet partnerships, and referral programs.
• Track and analyze key acquisition metrics (cost per activation, funnel conversion, churn) and use those insights to sharpen recruiting effectiveness.
• Coordinate with city operations, marketing, and product teams to align driver supply with demand forecasts and promotional calendars.
• Build relationships with driving schools, fleet operators, and other local partners to maintain a steady candidate pipeline.
• Report regularly on acquisition performance and present data-backed recommendations to leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in driver acquisition, gig workforce recruitment, or ride-hailing / mobility operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-city or multi-market recruitment programs.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills — comfortable juggling competing priorities across geographies.
• Effective communicator who can build trust with internal stakeholders and external partners alike.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
• Familiarity with US transportation or gig economy markets is a strong advantage.
