About the Role

As a Recruiter at Tharaldson Hospitality, you'll be at the center of building the workforce that keeps 90 hotels running smoothly across the country. This is an on-site, full-time position suited for someone who brings both strategic thinking and genuine enthusiasm to every hire. You'll partner with hiring managers at the property and corporate level to attract top candidates in a competitive market.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across hotel operations and corporate functions
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and community outreach
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process from first contact to offer
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce priorities
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and produce regular reporting on recruiting metrics
• Represent Tharaldson Hospitality at job fairs and recruiting events throughout the Davidson County area and beyond
• Support employer branding initiatives to position Tharaldson as an employer of choice in the hospitality sector

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR — hospitality industry background is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• A creative approach to sourcing and engaging candidates in a competitive labor market
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you connect easily with candidates and stakeholders alike
• Self-motivated with a high energy level and a genuine comfort with a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting technology
