About the Role

This full-time Assembler position, staffed through Kelly Services in Lindenwald, Butler County, offers competitive pay of up to $20.70 per hour and the flexibility of two shift options: first shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) or second shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). You'll work in a climate-controlled, safety-focused production facility where quality craftsmanship and reliable attendance are valued every day.

What You'll Do

• Assemble parts, subassemblies, or finished products by following work orders, diagrams, or standardized instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures to complete assigned production tasks accurately and efficiently
• Visually inspect assembled units and components to verify quality and identify defects before they move down the line
• Read basic technical documents, blueprints, or schematics relevant to your assembly station
• Keep your workstation clean and organized while adhering to all facility safety procedures
• Consistently meet production quotas without sacrificing quality standards
• Communicate equipment concerns or process irregularities to your shift supervisor promptly

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or light industrial setting is preferred
• Physical capability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout a full 12-hour shift
• Solid attention to detail with a focus on producing consistent, high-quality work
• Familiarity with common hand tools and basic assembly equipment
• Dependable attendance record and a cooperative, team-first mindset
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not always required based on experience
