About the Role

As a Manager in Training with Domino's Pizza in Evans, Weld County, you'll work alongside our store leaders to master every part of running a successful pizza operation. This is a paid pathway designed to develop your skills from the ground up and prepare you for advancement into management — and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and help keep service fast, accurate, and friendly
• Learn the fundamentals of team supervision, scheduling, and customer service
• Assist with order accuracy, food safety, and quality standards
• Help build and sustain a positive, energetic, and fun workplace culture
• Develop the leadership skills needed to advance toward Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, and ultimately store management or franchise ownership
