About the Role
As a Warehouse/Maintenance Mechanic, you will serve as the go-to expert for keeping our Mazomanie distribution center fully operational. From diagnosing mechanical issues to performing routine upkeep, you'll ensure that machinery, fixtures, and the building itself stay safe, reliable, and ready for high-volume work. Key Responsibilities
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair warehouse equipment, fixtures, and general building components throughout the distribution center.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair lift trucks, pallet jacks, carts, and other mobile material-handling equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend the life of facility assets.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns to keep daily operations moving without interruption.
- Follow all safety protocols and help maintain a secure, hazard-free work environment.

Qualifications
- Practical experience maintaining and repairing industrial, warehouse, or facility equipment.
- Working knowledge of lift trucks, pallet jacks, and other mobile equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently.
- Strong attention to safety standards and dependable, detail-oriented work habits.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time in Mazomanie, Dane County.
