American Property Management is hiring a full-time Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor in Tacoma, Pierce County, to oversee maintenance operations across our Briarstone and Bellamonte communities. About the Role
As the Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor in Tacoma, WA, you will lead the upkeep and care of multiple residential communities under the American Property Management portfolio. This is a hands-on supervisory position responsible for ensuring each site stays safe, well-maintained, and ready for residents at our Briarstone and Bellamonte locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily maintenance activities across multiple apartment communities in Tacoma, Pierce County.
- Respond to and resolve resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and the readiness of vacant units for new residents.
- Lead, schedule, and support on-site maintenance team members across all assigned properties.
- Maintain the appearance, functionality, and safety standards of common areas and building systems.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as projects require.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multifamily or residential property maintenance, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
- Practical knowledge across general maintenance trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Ability to manage priorities across more than one site and lead a team effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a resident-first mindset.
- Reliable, dependable, and comfortable working full-time on-site in Tacoma, WA.
