About the Role
As a Regional Maintenance Manager at Clayton Homes, you will oversee maintenance standards across a portfolio of locations, ensuring every home and facility reflects the company's commitment to quality, attainable housing and a world-class customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership position that blends operational oversight, team development and a relentless focus on safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate maintenance activities across assigned regional locations in the US.
- Establish, monitor and uphold preventive and corrective maintenance standards.
- Lead, mentor and support local maintenance teams and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and company policies.
- Manage budgets, vendors and resources to control costs while protecting quality.
- Partner with operations leaders to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime.
- Champion sustainable practices that align with Clayton Homes' values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facility, property or building maintenance management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple sites.
- Strong working knowledge of building systems, repairs and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned US region as needed.
