About the Role
As an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor with Campus Apartments, LLC, you'll partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep, repair, and overall condition of an on-campus residential community in Tucson, Arizona. This is an experienced, full-time, on-site position ideal for a skilled maintenance professional ready to take the next step toward leadership while delivering an outstanding living experience for student residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor in coordinating daily maintenance operations across the property.
- Complete service requests, repairs, and preventive maintenance in a timely, high-quality manner.
- Assist with apartment turns to prepare units for new residents.
- Help guide and motivate maintenance team members, stepping into a leadership role when needed.
- Promote a safe environment by following property safety standards and procedures.
- Respond to resident concerns with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on maintenance experience, ideally within multifamily, residential, or student housing.
- Working knowledge of general repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.
- Strong work ethic paired with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot effectively, and follow through to completion.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule in Tucson, Pima County.
