This full-time, in-home role lets you open your home and heart to adults with developmental disabilities, offering daily support from a place they can truly call their own.

About the Role

As a Shared Living Provider with ViaQuest, you welcome an individual with a developmental disability into your own home and become a steady source of care, companionship, and stability. You provide personalized support in a comfortable, family-style setting rather than a clinical facility, helping the person you serve build a meaningful and independent life. This contractor position offers a stipend of $100–$150 per day, and ViaQuest supplies the training you need to succeed — no prior experience is required to express your interest.

Key Responsibilities

• Share your home and provide everyday care for an individual with developmental disabilities
