About the Role

As a full-time Registered Behavior Technician based in Waldorf, Charles County, you will deliver one-on-one behavioral support to children, putting individualized treatment plans into action under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children
• Carry out treatment plans developed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Track and document client progress accurately during each session
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based techniques to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors
• Partner with families and the clinical team to support consistent, effective care

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred; board-certified candidates are especially encouraged to apply
