About the Role

As the Hotel Valet Supervisor in Boston, MA, you will oversee daily valet activity, coach your team, and ensure every guest receives a seamless arrival and departure experience. This on-site position pays $22.00 per hour plus cash tips and follows a Wednesday through Sunday schedule, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the valet team throughout each evening shift
• Deliver attentive, professional service that reflects a luxury hospitality standard
• Safely operate guest vehicles, including manual transmission (stick-shift) cars
• Coordinate vehicle flow at the hotel entrance to keep arrivals and departures running smoothly
• Address guest questions and resolve concerns with courtesy and efficiency
• Uphold safety, accountability, and quality across the valet operation

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license held for at least two years
• Confidence driving manual/stick-shift vehicles
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience
• Strong communication and leadership instincts
• Availability to work the Wednesday–Sunday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift
