HRT Solutions is hiring a full-time CDL Class B Driver - Operator in Nashville, TN, to safely transport materials and operate equipment for Austin Powder, a company with more than 190 years of heritage in the commercial explosives industry.

About the Role

As a CDL Class B Driver - Operator based in Nashville, Davidson County, you will be responsible for the safe, on-time delivery and handling of commercial explosive products. This is a hands-on, on-site position that blends professional driving with field operation duties, requiring a sharp eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to safety on every route.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class B commercial vehicle to transport materials and products to designated job sites in and around Nashville.
• Carry out daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep equipment in safe, reliable working condition.
• Load, secure, and unload products while strictly following all safety protocols and handling procedures.
• Operate field equipment and assist with on-site tasks as directed by the operations team.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and comply with all federal, state, and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• A valid CDL Class B license in good standing.
• A strong personal commitment to safety and meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to perform both driving and equipment operation duties in the field.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in the Nashville, TN area.
