About the Role

As a BIM Technician at Join Us At PASE, you will handle entry- to intermediate-level building information modeling, project coordination, and design drafting from our San Ramon office. Working under the BIM Technical Manager, you'll manage rotating daily and weekly tasks while preparing construction documentation that meets established company standards. This on-site, full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys translating design intent into clear, buildable plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models along with 2D and 3D plan work, including sheet layouts and detailing.
• Prepare and assemble construction documents in line with defined project and drafting standards.
• Support project coordination across teams to keep deliverables aligned and on schedule.
• Maintain steady communication on project status, progress, and updates.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly modeling and drafting tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of BIM modeling and design drafting at an entry to intermediate level.
• Familiarity with producing 2D/3D plans, sheet layouts, and construction documentation.
• Ability to follow established drafting standards and project workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and clear communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple assignments and meeting recurring deadlines.
• Comfortable working on-site full-time in San Ramon, Contra Costa County.
