Lincoln Property Company is hiring a full-time Property Manager in Washington, D.C. to take ownership of a commercial, industrial, and/or retail portfolio and drive its day-to-day success.
About the Role
As Property Manager with Lincoln Property Company in Washington, D.C., you will direct every aspect of a single asset or a wider portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail real estate. The position brings together marketing, operations, and financial stewardship, ensuring that each property is run in line with client expectations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete operation of one asset or a group of commercial, industrial, and/or retail properties.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, daily operations, and financial activities according to client and company requirements.
- Deliver services that align with established policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual commitments.
- Maintain compliance with applicable standards while protecting the interests of property owners and tenants.
- Support the financial performance of the portfolio through diligent reporting and resource management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, and/or retail properties.
- Strong command of property operations, marketing strategy, and financial administration.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations in commercial real estate.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and client-relationship skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Washington, D.C. in a full-time capacity.
