About the Role
As a Senior Electrical Engineer on Pond's growing Energy team, you will act as a technical lead on a varied mix of assignments. The work centers largely on oil & gas and aviation fueling systems for both military and commercial clients, with further chances to apply your expertise to renewable energy and utility programs. This is an on-site, full-time position based in The Woodlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead on electrical engineering efforts within Pond's Energy practice
- Deliver electrical design and engineering for oil & gas and aviation fueling systems, supporting military and commercial projects
- Contribute electrical expertise to renewable energy and utility-focused initiatives as opportunities arise
- Guide project teams and uphold engineering quality across a diverse project portfolio
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in electrical engineering at a senior level
- Background suited to energy infrastructure, fueling systems, or related utility and power projects
- Ability to operate as a technical lead and mentor within a multidisciplinary team
- Comfort working on-site in The Woodlands, Montgomery County
