Enser Corporation is hiring a full-time Lead Steel Estimator in Morrisville, Bucks County, PA, to drive accurate, competitive bids across complex commercial steel fabrication projects.

About the Role

As the Lead Steel Estimator at Enser Corporation, you will own the estimating process for commercial (non-residential) fabrication work performed at our Morrisville, Pennsylvania facility. This is a direct, onsite position for an experienced professional who can translate engineering drawings and project specifications into precise, profitable cost estimates spanning a broad mix of steel fabrication scopes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for a wide variety of fabrication work, including structural steel, simple bridge, and heavy structural projects.
• Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine material, labor, and production requirements.
• Develop accurate quantity takeoffs and pricing for commercial steel fabrication bids.
• Lead and coordinate estimating activities to ensure proposals are competitive and delivered on schedule.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and production teams to align estimates with shop capabilities and client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience estimating commercial structural steel fabrication (residential experience is not the focus of this role).
• Strong ability to read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with estimating a range of work such as structural steel, simple bridge, and heavy structural fabrication.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite at the Morrisville, PA location.
