Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day logistics of active infrastructure projects across the Lorton, VA area.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, records, and progress reports.
• Serve as a communication link between project managers, field teams, vendors, and clients.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to help ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with resource scheduling, material tracking, and administrative support throughout each project's lifecycle.
• Help identify and resolve scheduling or coordination issues before they affect delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with close attention to detail.
