Land Project Manager (1982)

DRB Homes is hiring a full-time Land Project Manager (1982) in Addison, Dallas, to turn raw property into shovel-ready, finished lots that fuel new home construction across our growing residential communities.

About the Role

As a Land Project Manager at DRB Homes in Addison, Dallas, you will partner closely with the Director of Land to drive the day-to-day engineering and operational side of community land development. Your core mission is to advance properties from concept through completion, delivering build-ready lots on schedule so home construction can move forward without delay.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of both new and existing residential community developments from start to finish.
• Coordinate with civil engineers and land planners to secure entitlements and obtain the permits required to keep work moving.
• Request, review, and compare contractor bids, and help set development budgets and cost expectations.
• Assist the Director of Land with the engineering and operational management of ongoing land development efforts.
• Help deliver finished, construction-ready lots that meet quality and timeline goals.

Qualifications

• Background or hands-on experience in land development, civil engineering coordination, or residential construction project management.
• Working familiarity with the entitlement and permitting process for residential communities.
• Comfort soliciting and evaluating bids and contributing to development budgeting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple community projects at once.
• A collaborative mindset for working alongside engineers, planners, and the Director of Land.
