About the Role
As a Clinical Research Coordinator at Omada Health, you will serve as the operational backbone of active research studies. Working closely with the Clinical Research Team, you'll translate study designs into smoothly run projects, ensuring every protocol is implemented accurately, consistently, and on time. This is a remote, US-based position for someone who values precision and accountability in clinical research operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across one or more research studies from start to finish.
- Implement clinical research protocols in line with established standards and study requirements.
- Uphold quality and accuracy throughout the execution of research projects.
- Keep project timelines on track, anticipating needs and resolving bottlenecks early.
- Partner with members of the Clinical Research Team to support efficient, well-documented study workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience coordinating clinical or research studies, ideally within a healthcare or life-sciences setting.
- Working familiarity with clinical research protocols and the discipline required to apply them consistently.
- Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering quality work on deadline.
- Self-direction and clear communication suited to a fully remote team environment.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in advancing research that improves health outcomes.
