As a Maintenance Technician with Kettler Enterprises, Inc, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and play a central part in keeping our Arlington community running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and timely repairs across apartment homes and shared community spaces.
- Diagnose and resolve service requests to keep residences in excellent working order.
- Work under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager to prioritize and complete daily tasks.
- Support the upkeep, safety, and overall appearance of the property.
- Respond to resident needs with professionalism and a service-first mindset.
