Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and repairs across apartment units and shared community spaces.
• Address service requests promptly, handling tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry work.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing make-ready repairs and inspections.
• Perform preventive upkeep on building systems, fixtures, and grounds to reduce future issues.
• Keep accurate records of completed work and maintain a clean, well-organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company standards while interacting professionally with residents.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in general maintenance, building repair, or a related skilled trade.
• Working knowledge of common repair disciplines including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
