About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician II at our HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof extended stay hotel in Bentonville, you will play a hands-on part in delivering the comfortable, dependable guest experience our brand is known for. The position pays a starting wage of $14–$15 per hour, based on your experience, and is a full-time, on-site opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across guest rooms, common areas, and building systems
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep issues promptly
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner to keep guests satisfied
• Help maintain the property to the high quality standards expected of an extended stay hotel
• Support a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for guests and team members

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience, ideally in hospitality or a similar property-care setting
• Working knowledge of common building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Able to work on-site in Bentonville, Benton County
