About the Role

As a Ground Service Supervisor with Dnata in Charlotte, you will be at the heart of daily ramp operations. This full-time, on-site position centers on driving operational efficiency, aligning resources, and supporting a productive frontline team that handles aircraft loading, unloading, and guidance with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of approximately 5 to 10 ground service agents during shift operations.
• Oversee the safe and timely loading and unloading of aircraft, ensuring every turn meets schedule.
• Direct agents in guiding, marshalling, and servicing aircraft according to safety procedures.
• Continuously assess and improve operational efficiency to support a high-performing workforce.
• Coordinate staffing, task assignments, and workflow to align with the demands of each flight.

Qualifications
