About the Role

As a Flex Security Guard — also known as a Response Security Officer — you'll serve as a versatile, on-call presence across a range of assignments throughout Holladay and the surrounding Salt Lake County area. No two shifts look quite the same: your duties shift with the day, the site, and any special events on the calendar. The heart of this position is adaptability, so we want to hear how you welcome change and stay sharp when priorities move fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond flexibly to varying assignments, locations, and event-based security needs as they arise.
• Provide an attentive, professional security presence to protect people, property, and assets.
• Adjust quickly from one mission to the next, maintaining focus and composure under changing conditions.
• Support coverage for special events and ad-hoc requests across client sites.
• Observe, document, and report incidents or irregularities accurately.
