Zoetis is hiring a full-time Aseptic Technician I in Charles City, Charles City County, to support the production of life-protecting animal health vaccines. About the Role

As an Aseptic Technician I at Zoetis, you will carry out department-specific manufacturing tasks within a controlled, sterile environment. Your work centers on blending operations—formulating and preparing vaccine batches for the filling department—while consistently meeting current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards and following all corporate and site-level procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned production duties in full compliance with cGMPs, regulations, and company policies.
• Perform blending activities to formulate and prepare vaccines for downstream filling operations.
• Combine antigens and excipients into batches according to approved regulatory filings and local work instructions.
• Maintain aseptic conditions and accurate documentation throughout each step of the process.
• Adhere to corporate and site standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to work on-site at the Charles City, Charles City County facility (this is not a remote position).
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to following written procedures.
• Commitment to working within a regulated, cGMP-governed manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform precise, hands-on tasks while maintaining strict cleanliness and compliance standards.
