About the Role

As Project Manager II within Fuel Services Support, you will plan, organize, and shepherd initiatives that strengthen Pilot Company's fuel supply and service capabilities. This is an on-site position based in Lonsdale, Knox County, working closely with operations, logistics, and support teams to deliver projects on time and on scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate fuel services support projects from initiation through delivery
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, then track progress against them
• Partner with cross-functional teams across operations, logistics, and energy supply
• Identify risks early and resolve issues to keep work moving forward
• Communicate status, results, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
• Help refine processes that improve efficiency and service quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects, ideally in fuel, energy, logistics, or a related field
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication with both teams and stakeholders
• Comfort collaborating across multiple departments and priorities
• Ability to work on-site in Lonsdale, Knox County
