Key Responsibilities

• Partner with prospective tenants to identify rental properties that fit their needs, preferences, and price range.
• Lead property tours and showings, highlighting the standout features of each available home.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from first inquiry all the way through move-in.
• Build trusting relationships with renters by listening closely and offering thoughtful, honest advice.
• Keep accurate records of availability, inquiries, and applications.
