About the Role

The Inspector, QC – 1st Shift is a full-time, on-site position based in Box Springs, Riverside County. In this hands-on quality control role, you'll work directly on the production floor, confirming that finished output consistently meets PLZ, Corp's approved standards before it moves forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Track line components throughout production, including part numbers, defining characteristics, supporting documentation, and traceability records.
• Measure critical quality attributes such as product weights, label tolerances, applied torques, and other in-process specifications.
• Compare live production results against approved specifications and established quality benchmarks.
• Confirm that all components align with the applicable Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Carry out scheduled inspections and accurately record the results in the required documentation.

Qualifications

• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to consistent, accurate measurement and reporting.
• Comfort reading specifications, documentation, and a Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Ability to use inspection and measurement tools to verify weights, tolerances, and torques.
• Strong recordkeeping habits to keep traceability and inspection logs complete.
• Availability to work full-time on the 1st Shift on-site in Box Springs, Riverside County.
