Labor Buyout Coordinator

Power Design is hiring a full-time Labor Buyout Coordinator to join our Labor Management team at our headquarters in vibrant Saint Petersburg, Florida. About the Role

As a Labor Buyout Coordinator at Power Design, you'll be a central connector between our internal teams and the external partners who help bring projects to life. Based full-time in Saint Petersburg, you'll partner closely with the Operations Project Management group and outside subcontractors to keep bid documentation organized, accurate, and on schedule. This is a hands-on, people-focused position where strong coordination directly supports successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage bid documents, including project drawings and related materials, throughout the buyout process.
• Track and process Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring questions are routed and resolved efficiently.
• Collaborate with multiple members of the Operations Project Management team to align on project needs and timelines.
• Serve as a point of contact for external subcontractors, supporting clear communication and smooth handoffs.
• Help organize and prepare for project meetings, keeping documentation current and accessible.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documents and priorities at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for working across internal teams and external partners.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine commitment to teamwork.
• Comfort working on-site full-time at our Saint Petersburg, Pinellas County headquarters.
• Detail-oriented approach to handling bid documents, drawings, and RFIs.
