Assistant Residence Director

Seven Hills Community Services, an affiliate of the Seven Hills Foundation, is hiring a full-time Assistant Residence Director in Beverly, Essex County to help lead and strengthen our residential programs. About the Role

As an Assistant Residence Director, you will partner with the Residence Director to oversee the daily operations of a residential setting in Beverly, Essex County, ensuring that the individuals we serve receive consistent, person-centered support. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on coaching staff, solving problems, and creating a safe, dignified home environment. The role pays $22.50 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for staff who hold an active MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the residential program.
• Support, guide, and mentor direct-care staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Promote the health, safety, and personal goals of each individual in the residence.
• Help coordinate schedules, daily routines, and program activities.
• Step in for the Residence Director as needed to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Genuine commitment to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Beverly, Essex County in a full-time capacity.
• Active MAP certification preferred, with eligibility for additional hourly pay.
