Contracts Management Analyst

Tech-Marine Business is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Management Analyst to join an on-site team in Hillcrest Heights, Prince George's County, supporting a U.S. Navy project office on a contingent, full-time basis.

About the Role

As a Contracts Management Analyst with Tech-Marine Business (TMB, Inc), you will work alongside Government personnel to help shape and administer federal acquisition documents. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your knowledge of procurement regulations within a mission-driven defense environment in Hillcrest Heights, Prince George's County.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Government stakeholders in preparing procurement-related documentation in line with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and its associated supplements.
• Apply DOD 5000 series requirements when developing and reviewing acquisition materials.
• Assist with the day-to-day administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle, including the preparation of procurement request packages.
• Coordinate with project office personnel to ensure documents are accurate, compliant, and submission-ready.
• Help track contract actions and maintain organized acquisition records for the Navy project office.

Qualifications

• Working familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, its supplements, and DOD 5000 series guidance.
• Experience supporting contract administration or procurement document preparation, ideally within a Government or defense setting.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce compliant, well-organized written deliverables.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating directly with Government counterparts.
• Eligibility to work on-site in Hillcrest Heights, Prince George's County (this role is not remote).
