Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee water mitigation and damage restoration on residential and commercial properties throughout Indianapolis, IN.
• Lead and direct fellow technicians on job sites, setting the standard for workmanship and safety.
• Assess affected areas with a sharp, detail-oriented eye to determine the right course of action.
• Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and property owners throughout each project.
• Troubleshoot challenges on the spot and keep work moving efficiently from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in water mitigation, remediation, or a closely related restoration trade.
• Strong leadership ability, with the confidence to direct and support other technicians.
