About the Role
As a CyberSecurity Operations Engineer with RedTech Recruitment Ltd. in the US, you will become a core part of the Operations and Service Delivery team. Working hands-on with clients after onboarding, you will help safeguard their environments through managed security and managed IT services. Key Responsibilities
- Support clients post-sale, ensuring their security and IT services run smoothly and reliably.
- Contribute to day-to-day security operations within the Service Delivery function.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security events across a diverse, global client base.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams to maintain strong protective controls.
- Help deliver managed security and managed IT solutions that meet client expectations.
