This non-exempt position within our Multifamily division focuses on keeping buildings, grounds, amenities, and shared spaces clean, safe, and fully functional in line with established company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance across apartment units, common areas, and exterior grounds.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests and resolve repair issues with professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of buildings, amenities, and outdoor spaces.
- Identify potential hazards or upkeep needs and address them to protect the property's integrity.
- Support the broader maintenance team in upholding quality and presentation throughout the community.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in general property, building, or apartment maintenance.
- Working knowledge of common repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance upkeep.
