As an Engineer 2 with Four Seasons in Maui, Hawaii, you will play a hands-on part in the daily upkeep and smooth operation of the property's facilities, guest rooms, and back-of-house systems. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and timely repairs across guest rooms, public spaces, and operational areas.
• Troubleshoot and service mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment to keep systems running reliably.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests while minimizing disruption to guests and residents.
• Follow safety standards, preventive maintenance schedules, and documentation procedures.
• Partner with colleagues across departments to uphold the property's standards of quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a building, facilities, or hospitality engineering role.
• Practical knowledge across multiple trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC.
