Developmental Cottage Supervisor

Children's Home Network is hiring a full-time Developmental Cottage Supervisor in Town N Country, Hillsborough County, to lead a residential cottage and champion the safety and growth of the youth in our care.

About the Role

As a Developmental Cottage Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of a Children's Home Network (CHN) cottage in Town N Country, Hillsborough County. This is a hands-on management position centered on directing cottage staff, safeguarding young people, and upholding the program and agency standards that define quality care. You will be the leader responsible for creating an environment where the youth served feel secure, well-supported, and able to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the day-to-day operations of an assigned CHN cottage.
• Supervise, guide, and develop the staff team working within the cottage.
• Ensure youth are consistently safe, appropriately supervised, and supported in their growth.
• Deliver and maintain high-quality care and services to the young people in your cottage.
• Uphold all agency and programmatic standards across cottage operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in a residential, youth, or human services setting.
• A genuine commitment to the safety, well-being, and development of young people.
• Strong organizational skills to manage staff scheduling, oversight, and cottage operations.
• Ability to model and enforce agency and program standards consistently.
• Availability for a full-time, on-site role in Town N Country, Hillsborough County (this position is not remote).
