About the Role
As a Project Manager at Metromont, you will own the planning, coordination, and successful execution of construction projects in the San Marcos, San Diego County area. This on-site, full-time position places you at the center of every project phase, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the high standards Metromont has upheld for nearly a hundred years.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct construction projects from initial planning through completion and handover.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Track progress, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed throughout each phase.
- Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards across every job site.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing construction projects, ideally within precast or related industries.
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and budgeting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in San Marcos, San Diego County.
