Manager, Tenant Coordination

Regency Centers is hiring a full-time Manager, Tenant Coordination to join our regional office in Bronxville, Westchester County, where you will shepherd incoming retailers from signed lease to opening day.

About the Role

As the Manager, Tenant Coordination (MTC) for Regency Centers in Bronxville, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new tenants throughout the onboarding journey. From the moment a lease is executed until the store welcomes its first customer, you'll coordinate the moving parts that turn vacant space into a thriving storefront, ensuring each opening stays on schedule and meets our standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide newly signed tenants through every milestone between lease execution and store opening.
• Act as the central liaison among tenants, internal teams, contractors, and outside vendors.
• Track build-out progress and proactively resolve obstacles that could delay an opening.
• Review tenant plans and construction activity for alignment with lease terms and property requirements.
• Keep all stakeholders informed with clear, consistent communication across each phase of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in tenant coordination, retail construction, commercial real estate, or a closely related field.
• Strong project-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple openings at once.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across diverse teams and partners.
• A detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach to keeping timelines on track.
• Willingness to work on-site at our Bronxville, Westchester County office (this role is not remote).
