About the Role

As the Community Manager at Grandview Apartments, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the property, balancing resident satisfaction with strong business results. Based on-site in Grand Rapids, you will be the face of the community and the driving force behind its performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of Grandview Apartments, ensuring the property runs smoothly and efficiently
• Build positive relationships with residents and respond promptly to their needs and concerns
• Lead leasing, marketing, and resident-retention efforts to keep occupancy strong
• Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting for the community
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and unit turnover to keep the property well-maintained
• Guide and support on-site team members in delivering excellent service
• Ensure compliance with applicable housing regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property or community management, ideally in multifamily residential housing
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
