Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions is hiring a full-time Asset Management Associate in Denver, Colorado, to help drive performance across our growing light industrial portfolio in the heart of the Cherry Creek market.
About the Role
As an Asset Management Associate at Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions, you will support the SVP of Portfolio Management in overseeing a portfolio of shallow bay, multi-tenant light industrial properties located in sought-after infill submarkets. This is a full-time, exempt, in-office position based in Denver's Cherry Creek neighborhood, ideal for a detail-oriented professional eager to grow within a vertically integrated real estate investment and management platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the asset management of shallow bay, multi-tenant light industrial holdings across prime infill locations.
- Partner with the SVP, Portfolio Management to track property and portfolio performance.
- Contribute to strategies that maximize the value of acquired and operated industrial assets.
- Support reporting, analysis, and operational coordination across the platform's real estate investments.
Qualifications
- Interest and background in real estate investment, asset management, or commercial property operations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work full-time, in-office, at our Cherry Creek location in Denver, Colorado.
- Comfortable collaborating directly with senior leadership in a fast-moving, vertically integrated environment.
