About the Role

As a Part Sales Manager at AutoZone in Vassar, Tuscola County, you will be part of the Store Management team that powers store results, builds a motivated crew, and keeps every customer interaction memorable. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help guide daily operations, model AutoZone's commitment to "WOW!" customer care, and take ownership of the floor. This position is well suited to candidates entering the Manager-in-Training (MIT) path who want hands-on experience leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Support store performance goals and help drive sales of automotive parts and accessories.
• Deliver outstanding, "WOW!" customer service and resolve customer needs with knowledge and care.
• Assist the Store Manager in coordinating daily store operations and upholding company standards.
• Encourage, coach, and set the example for a productive, team-focused store culture.
• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and dependable leadership during assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for customer service and a desire to lead a retail team.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to grow through AutoZone's Manager-in-Training development experience.
• Reliability and the flexibility to work the schedule a retail store requires.
• Availability to work on-site in Vassar, Tuscola County (this is not a remote role).
