About the Role
As a Road Supervisor with MV Transportation, you will be the on-the-ground presence that oversees street-level service every day. This position requires a valid CDL and pays $28.99 per hour. You will track operations in the field and confirm that drivers and routes consistently meet client, operational, and safety standards across the Golden Gate, Collier County area.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee street operations to ensure compliance with client agreements, company procedures, and safety department guidelines.
- Perform regular site inspections and road checks throughout the service area.
- Observe driver performance and route adherence, addressing issues as they arise.
- Respond to incidents in the field and support frontline staff to maintain reliable, safe service.
- Communicate operational updates and concerns to dispatch and the safety team.
Qualifications
- A current and valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Working knowledge of transit operations, safety practices, and field supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to monitor and assess on-road activity.
- Clear communication skills and sound judgment in fast-moving situations.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site role in Golden Gate, Collier County (this position is not remote).
